MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF
FEBRUARY 3, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 12:23 p.m. by Chairman Anderson in the McCall Deli.
Mike Anderson, Tom Tucker, Rick Fereday, Merrill Saleen, and Gordon Col~urn
answered
the
roll.
Susan Dorris was present to apply for approval to open "Susan's Kitchen" in the upstairs of the
MATCO building. This is a food service to furnish in flight lunches for aviation customers.
Rick Fereday moved and Tom Tucker supported to approve Susan Dorris's operation. All were in
favor. The motion carried.
Items under Discussion:
Lyn Clark requested to be notified next time there is a vacancy on the committee.
Staffwas requested to:
1. report on any resolution of the Jacobson problem;
2. furnish notice and agenda by mail prior to meeting
3. report on letter for AWOS upgrade
4. schedule budget review with City Treasurer
Tucker moved and Saleen supported to adjourn.
The meeting concluded at 12:54 p.m.
