Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission February 4, 2004
A regular meeting of the Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission was brought to order
by Chair Steve Berner at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2004 at the Tiffin Fire
Station. Planning and Zoning Members present: Steve Berner, Terry Richardson, Ruth
DeMuth, Stephanie Surine and Melvin Reeve. Absent: None. Also present: Mayor
Glenn Potter, Karin Dils, and Jim Bartels.
Members spent time in review of proposed changes in the Design Standards.
Motion Richardson, second Reeve to approve a recommendation to the city council for
approval of the proposed changes for the Design Standards. Ayes: Surine, Reeve,
Richardson, DeMuth, and Berner. Nays: None. Motion carried.
Motion Richardson, second Surine to adjourn. Motion carried. 7:15 p.m.
