A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL
FROM C-2, COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, TO C-4, GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 4500 National Road
East and legally described as follows, to wit:
W & M SE SEC 35-14-1 0.56 A and 20' Easement
totaling .607 Acres for a total square feet of 26,520.
as a C-2, Commercial District as outlined on Exhibit A; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
a C-4, General Business District in order to allow the owner to use said real estate as a
Commercial Vehicle Sales Lot.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the
zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a C-4, General Business District.
