MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF
FEBRUARY 10, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 4:11 p.m. by Chairman Anderson in the offices of Toothman-
Orton Engineering.
Mike Anderson, Tom Tucker, Rick Fereday, and Gordon Coll~ourn answered the roll. Member
Merrell Saleen was excused by Chairman Anderson.
Gary Shimun, Chuck Sundby, and David Rickerson were present to represent staff.
Rickerson opened the meeting by outlining the status of the Airport Master Plan. The FAA wants
us to look only at the on site analysis. Rickerson believes that the revised scope of work can be done
by next weekend.
The group noted the desire to look at alternative sites, but is frustrated by FAA, and Don Larson
particularly, because they will not fund the cost of alternative site analysis. FAA has fixed the cost
of their participation at $80,000.
Fereday moved and Colcbum supported to apply for the $80,000 and drop any off-site work to keep
within the $80,000 limit. All were in favor. The motion carried.
Tucker moved and Coleburn supported to adjourn. All were in favor. The motion carried.
The meeting concluded at 5:37 p.m.
