Motion to approve authorizing the execution of a contract between the Town of
Leesburg and Andritz Separation Inc. to implement dust hazard improvement to the
dryer and upgrade the dryer furnace at the Water Pollution Control Facility; and
authorizing a sole source procurement for the project and authorizing the Town
Manager to procure these services.
