Motion to approve an Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute a standard space
lease agreement granting the exclusive right and privilege to lease a 15,155-square-
foot office building owned by the Town of Leesburg and located at 991 Sycolin Road,
SE, adjacent and north of the Stanley Caulkins Terminal Building at the Leesburg
Executive Airport, Leesburg, Virginia, and prescribing the terms and conditions and
restrictions pertaining to such grant.
