Motion to amend the Resolution to approve the Affordable Dwelling Unit
Memorandum of Agreement to remove the last Whereas on the proposed Resolution
stating that the Town has reached that forty-unit cap and Council desired to eliminate
the cap in the agreement and to amend the agreement with Loudoun County to state
a cap of 120 units.
