Motion to add time limits to the Resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2019 budget
schedule where Town Council members are allowed five (5) minutes each to ask
questions of the staff which includes staff response time; each Town Council Member
will be allowed to ask questions before a second round of five (5) minutes is granted
as necessary to each Town Council Member.
