APPOINTING A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT/BUSINESS
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ADVISORY STEERING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council wish to consider the establishment and
implementation of a Special Improvement District/Business Improvement District
"S1D/BID" to promote business and economic development, and to fund special
improvements with regard to the same, within the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, the Governing Body desires to create a SID/BID
Advisory Steering Committee to evaluate and make recommendations regarding the
establishment of such a district, to include the proposed boundaries of the same.
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret as
follows:
1. That there is hereby established a SID/BID Advisory Steering Committee.
2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint the following individuals to
serve as members of the S1D/BID Advisory Steering Committee:

HANK D'ORSI
JIM CODY
PAT MUSI
GLENN SANDOR
STEVE BRAME
VINCENT MANETTA
ALAN SCHALL
YASH PATEL
LOU KADY
JOHN SPOGANETZ
