Motion to approve authorizing the Mayor to execute an Encroachment and
Maintenance Agreement between the Town of Leesburg, Virginia and the County of
Loudoun for a masonry wall that is part of the Loudoun County Courts Phase III
Expansion Project and part of the site plan processed under LMIS Application TPLF-
2016-0012.
