A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA,
INSTRUCTING THE CITY MANAGER TO PUB-
LISH NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR PARK
PICNIC SHELTER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby instructed to publish
notice inviting bids in accordance with Section 37903 of the Govern-
ment Code of the State of California in regard to the installation of
d steel park picnic shelter in Live Oak Park in Temple City.
SECTION 2. Notice Inviting Bids, pursuant to Section 1
shall be in the exact form of the notice attached to this Resolution,
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof as though set forth in full.
SECTION 3. All bids shall be in accordance with the afore -
described Notice Inviting Bids (Exhibit "A ").
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 1962.
