A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA,
INSTRUCTING THE CITY MANAGER TO PUB-
LISH NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR INSTALLA-
TION OF AN OUTDOOR LIGHTING SYSTEM IN
LIVE OAK PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby instructed to publish
notice inviting bids in accordance with Section 37903 of the Govern-
ment Code of the State of California, in regard to the installation of
an outdoor lighting system in Live Oak Park in Temple City.
SECTION 2, Notice Inviting Bids, pursuant to Section 1
shall be in the exact form of the notice attached to this Resolution
marked exhibit "A" and made a part hereof as though set forth in full.
SECTION 3. All bids shall be in accordance with the afore -
described Notice Inviting Bids (Exhibit "A ").
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 1962.
