Motion to deny rezoning application TLZM-2015-0006 Meadowbrook Commercial
be on the basis that the amendment does not meet the Approval Criteria of TLZO
Section 3.3.15 and the proposal will not serve the public necessity, convenience,
general welfare and good planning practice based on the following reasons: existing
overabundance of commercial properties that the Town cannot sustain; the
introduction of commercial to an area where it does not already exist; and, citizens
have shown and overwhelming desire to not see commercial introduced to this part of
Town.
