Motion to approve Special Exception Application TLSE-2017-0001, Leesburg Tech,
LLC, be approved subject to the conditions listed contained in the Planning
Commission Staff Report dated May 17, 2018, and found in the accompanying
approval Resolution on the basis that approval criteria in Zoning Ordinance 3.4.12
have been satisfied and that the proposal will serve the public necessity, convenience,
general welfare and good zoning practice.
