Motion to approve the Resolution on the Loudoun Museum with the three points
removed from the draft Resolution and replaced with the following points:
1. The Town Council will request a meeting with the Loudoun Museum Board
of Trustees to discuss future Loudoun Museum plans and Town expectations.
2. The Town will ask the Loudoun Museum to confirm if they wish to continue
using the Town buildings for museum operations. The Loudoun Museum will
be asked to respond to the Town within ten business days
3. The Town Council will formulate options for performance standards that the
Loudoun Museum would need to meet as a condition of a renewed building
lease. This information would be provided to the Loudoun Museum by
October 1, 2018.
