MOTION 2018-136
Motion to approve Town Plan amendment TLTA-2015-0002, which amends the
Town Plan’s Northeast Planning Policy Area Objective 3 by adding language to allow
residential development, on the basis that the amendment meets the Approval Criteria
of TLZO Section 3.16 and will serve the public necessity, convenience, general
welfare and good planning practice based on the findings for approval contained in
Attachment 3 of the August 14, 2018 Staff Report with additional parking.
AND I FURTHER MOVE,
To approve Rezoning application TLZM 2015-0010, River Creek Village, including
the modification to TLZO Sec. 8.4.7, based on the proffer statement dated August 14,
2018, the Concept Development Plan last revised August 14, 2018, and the findings
for approval contained in Attachment 3 of the August 14, 2018 Staff Report.

Development with Significant Buffer Areas

Approving TLZM 2015-0010, River Creek Village Zoning Map Amendment, to
Allow a 64 Unit Single-Family Attached Residential Subdivision
