Motion to approve amending:
Chapter 30 (Streets, Sidewalks and Other Public Places), Article I (In General),
Section 30-6 (Removal of Encroachments)
Chapter 30 (Streets, Sidewalks and Other Public Places), Article II (Projections and
Streetscape Amenities Over and Upon Public Rights-of-Way in the Old and Historic
District), Section 30-35 (Prohibitions)
Chapter 32 (Traffic and Vehicles), Article V (Stopping, Standing and Parking),
Division 1 (Generally), Section 32-141 (Parking Prohibited in Specific Places; Fine
Schedule and Settlement of Parking Violations); Section 32-143 (Parking Commercial
Vehicles on Residential Streets Prohibited)
Specifically noting to keeping any vehicle with a gross vehicle with of 12,000 pounds
or more included and including option 1 as presented on the basketball goals with the
last sentence, “Additionally, such equipment shall be removed from town right-of-
way when not in use,” removed from the option.
