NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of
the Village of Plainfield to consider a variance for a fence in the corner side yard on the property
known as 14415 S. Maple Court (PIN 06-03-10-102-032-0000) in Castle Meadows Subdivision, in
the Village of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois, as legally described below:
Lot 9 In Castle Meadows, A Subdivision Of Part Of Northwest Quarter Of Section 10, In
Township 36 North, And In Range 9 East Of The Third Principal Meridian, According To The
Plat Thereof Recorded July 11, 1961, As Document No. 933772, In Will County, Illinois.
An accurate map of the subject property is on file with the Village Clerk.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said hearing will be Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at the Plainfield
Village Hall, 24401 W. Lockport Street, Plainfield, Illinois at 7:00 p.m. at which time and place all
interested parties will have the opportunity to be heard.
