Motion to authorize the Mayor to execute a ground lease granting the exclusive right
to lease a parcel of land, containing 1.5 acres, more or less, with an address of 61
Plaza Street, NE, Leesburg, Virginia, to be used solely for Fire and Rescue
Operations, and prescribing the terms and conditions and restrictions pertaining to
such grant.
