Resolution 1979-11-3 Approving Subdivision Regulations of Planning
Commission. Board has recieved copied Of these, and after discussion,
Edwards made a motion to adopt Resolution 1979-11-3 Miller 2nd motion.
all trustees present voting aye. carried.
Doucette briefly discussed the plat filed by Kelly Klancke.
Mary Ann Klancke reported that tje Rec. Dis. would pay all expenses
to get the ice rink going, However Rec; District. does not have Ins.
and would lifte the town to pay this cost. :Edwards made a Motion to pay
the Ins. for the ice rink, also the town could pay bills for the Rec.
District on this ice rink if Mone* are not immediately available to
them if the Town is reimbursed. 2nd Bickle. Carried*
ConOern expressed by the board on the extention of the water main for the school.
Clerk to phone the school reps. and find out if the main will be extended.
A blow off located on EastoM will cause problems for the new structure if
it can not be retocated as planned at the end of the extention. Clerk to
inform the school board of this blow-off and possible problems from water, and
state that the town will not be held liable for water damage Town will
dig a drainage ditch for the run off for this water if the main can not be
extended by the school.this Winter.
Clerk reported that Mr. Atwater's 4 water taps hate been cancalled, and the
County building dept. notified building permit will be voided.
Condo's built by Schmeideke contacted the clerks officio and requested
separate billing for each unit. Trustees instructed clerk to deny this
request as these condo's are served by one service line.
Edwards will plan the annual Xmas dinner to include the planning Comm.
Miller reported to the trustees that he would resign from the Rec. Dist.
after the first of the year. Board urged Edwards to offer to fill this
vacandy0
Board discussed the old school building as the Town would like to aquire
this.
No futher business meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
