Motion to enact the Ordinance to Amend Chapter 32 (Traffic and Vehicles), Article
IV (Operation of Vehicles Generally); Chapter 20 (Licenses, Taxation and
Miscellaneous Regulations), Article IX (Business, Professional and Occupational
License Tax), Section 20-255 (Personal Service Occupations); and Appendix B – Fee
Schedule of the Town Code to Permit the Operation of Golf Carts on Certain
Designated Public Streets in the Downtown and that no golf cart shuttle service shall
operate more than two golf carts on town streets.
