CREATING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES
FOR 33 WARREN STREET AND 78 MULBERRY STREET
WHEREAS, Mary H. Bell-Pitts of 33 Warren Street and Edward C. Mitchell of 78
Mulberry Street have requested Handicapped Parking Spaces; and
WHEREAS, these individuals have met the requirements of the Traffic Safety Bureau
for said parking spaces; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said locations and has no objection to
the approval of said Handicapped Parking Spaces; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the following Handicapped Parking Spaces shall
be designated:
33 WARREN STREET MARY H. BELL-PITTS
78 MULBERRY STREET EDWARD C. MITCHELL
Adopted this 17th day of November, 2003
and certified as a true copy of the
original on November 18, 2003.
