Motion to approve the draft settlement agreement in the matter of Town of Leesburg
vs. Edwards Ferry-Beverly Road Associates Limited Partnership presented in the
Closed Session on November 13, 2018, so long as it is acceptable to the Town
Attorney; and further, that the funds representing the fair market value of the land
rights to be acquired, as set forth in the settlement agreement, are appropriated from
Fiscal Year 2018 Unassigned Fund Balance to make payments to the landowner,
Edwards Ferry-Beverly Road Associates Limited Partnership.
