THIS ADDENDUM is made and entered into this _5th day of June, 2008, by
and between the City of Richmond, Indiana, a municipal corporation acting through its
Board of Public Works & Safety, with its office at 50 North 5th Street, Richmond,
Indiana, (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and Susan S. Silberstein (hereinafter referred
to as "Contractor")
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into an Agreement for Legal
Services (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement"), numbered 10-2008; and
WHEREAS, City wishes to continue to retain Contractor to continue to
provide certain additional services ancillary to those within the scope of Agreement
number 10-2008; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants
herein contained, including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as
follows:
Contractor shall perform certain legal support services as delineated in Agreement No.
10-2008, for an additional term ending June 30, 2008.
1. Contractor shall be paid a sum not to exceed Eight Hundred Forty Dollars
($840.00) per week for such additional term, based upon Contractor
working Twenty -Four (24) hours per week, or at a rate not to exceed Two
Hundred Eighty Dollars ($280.00) per day. The amount of time
Contractor works shall be determined by the City Attorney.
2. City and Contractor expressly agree that all other terms, conditions and
covenants contained in Contract number 10-2008 shall be applicable to the
work performed pursuant to this Addendum, unless such term, condition
or covenant conflicts with this Addendum, in which case this Addendum
shall be controlling.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties execute this Agreement effective the day and year
first above written, although signatures may be affixed at different times.
