AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH HATCH MOTT MCDONALD -
HAYWARD AVENUE PUMP STATION / HILL DISTRICT PHASE I
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is in need of specialized engineering
services in connection with the Hayward Avenue Pump Station / Hill District,
Phase I; and
WHEREAS, Hatch Mort McDonald has submitted a proposal to provide said
engineering services at a total cost not to exceed $ 7,500.00; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have reviewed said proposal;
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are or will be
available for said purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. The proposal from Hatch Mort McDonald for engineering services related
to the Hayward Avenue Pump Station / Hill District, Phase I Project at a
total cost not to exceed $7,500 is hereby approved;
2. Armexed hereto is a copy of said proposal.
3. This action is approved as an award of a professional services contract.
Adopted this 17th day of November, 2003
and certified as a true copy of the original on
November 18, 2003.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE SPECIALIZED ENGINEERING SERVICES IN
CONNECTION WITH HAYWARD AVENUE PUMP STATION/HILL DISTRICT
PHASE I.
NOT TO EXCEED $7,500.00
according to the terms set forth in RESOLUTION.

forth in Resolution.
