RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
TRANSFERRING THE PETTY CASH FUND
II WHEREAS, on August 13, 1962, the City Council of the City
of Temple City established the Petty Cash Fund Custodian as LaVina
Nixon.

WHEREAS, transfer of this responsibility becomes necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The established petty cash fund in the sum of
$200.00 with LaVina Nixon as Custodian, is hereby transferred to
Marjorie A. Woodruff as Custodian of the Petty Cash Fund.
SECTION 2. The fund shall be reimbursed periodically by
checks of the City of Temple City, signed by the Mayor, Treasurer,
and City Clerk made out to Marjorie A. Woodruff, the Custodian of
said fund.
SECTION 3. Accurate and complete records of all expenditures
shall be made bybthe Fund Custodian.
SECTION 4. This fund shall be subject to audit periodically
by the auditor of the City of Temple City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of November, 1962.
