Mayor Leonard called the meeting to order at 7 :30 p.m. Board present
were Finlay, Tucker, McDowell, Johnston, Clerk Winter. Klancke will
be in at around 8:00 p.m.
Mayor Leonard reviewed the court hearing on Ric Davis concerning the
stipulated agreement to insall a 4" main in the alley. Judge Hume
ruled that Mr. Davis would install the line as the agreement determined.
FOREST MEADOWS PHASE 1 EXEMPTION FROM IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENT ON ENTIRE
FOREST MEADOWS.
Johnston made a motion to approve the agreement exempting Phase 1 from the
improvements agreement for the overall project, 2nd McDowell. carried.
Ptg. Heights MH -97 lack of parking was discussed. Clerk directed to
write the owners advising that off- street parking needs to
be provided- if not the Town will not piw Farret Lane this winter.
McDowell asked for an executive session to review in greater detail the
Davis court proceedings, 2nd Finlay. carried. 7:50 p.m.
Finlay moved to come out of executive session 8:00 p.m., McDowell
2nd, carried. 8:00 p.m. meeting adjourned. no futher business.
