Motion to approve Resolution 2019-016 - Amending the Fiscal Year 2019 Capital
Asset Replacement Program Budget and Capital Improvement Program and Making
a Supplemental Appropriation of $2,115,608 from Fiscal Year 2018 General Fund
Unassigned Fund Balance and a General Fund Reserve of $800,000 for Semi-Annual
Personal Property Tax Billing Cash Flow Requirements and to amend the fiscal year
2020 General Fund Budget and a supplemental appropriation of $200,000 made to
begin the initial implementation of the Town Council endorsed Information
Technology Strategic Plan.
