Motion to approve Rezoning/ Proffer Amendment Application TLZM 2018-0001,
Oaklawn Development Partners, LLC and Keane Schmitz Land Bay D, LLC,
including the Concept Plan and Special Exception Plat dated January 12, 2018 as
amended through October 23, 2018 and the proffers dated November 1, 2018, on the
basis that the Approval Criteria of Zoning Ordinance Sections 3.3.15 have been
satisfied and that the proposal would serve the public necessity, convenience, general
welfare and good zoning practice.
