Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission July 6, 2005
City of Tiffin
A regular meeting of the Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission was brought to order .
by PZ member Melvin Reeve. Planning and Zoning Comission members present:
Melvin Reeve, Terry Richardson, Stephanie Surine, and Ruth DeMuth. Absent: Steve
Bemer..Also present: Mayor Glen R. Potter, Jim Bartels, and Karin Dils.
Motion Richardson, second Surine to approve printed minutes. Ayes: Surine,
Richardson, Reeve and DeMuth."
Greg Stevens visited with members on the possibility of rezoning the 300 block of Main
Street on the east side, It is possible that the houses could be removed and new apartment
and business could be constructed. No formal application has been received from Greg
on this consideration.

Concept plans received from Regency Development for development of the Northeast
quadrant of the Interstate 80 exit. Members reviewed:plans. _
Motion DeMuth, second Richardson to adjourn. Motion carried 7:35 p.m.
