MOTION 2019-034 (Note: This motion was divided into two Motions – 2019-035
and 2019-036.)
Motion to amend and reordain: Chapter 34 (Utilities), Article II (Water System),
Division 1 (Generally), Division 2 (User and Service Charges); Chapter 34 (Utilities),
Article III (Sewers and Sewage Disposal), Division 1; (Generally), Division 2 (Sewer
Use Charges), Division 3 (Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) Program); Appendix B – Fee
Schedule with the following sections removed from the draft Ordinance: Sections 34-
29 and 34-127 that deal with availability fees and Sections 34-164, 34-165, 34-166,
and 34-167 that deal with Fats, Oil and Grease.
Motion is numbered in the minutes but there is no separate vote for Motion 2019-034. See
Motions 2019-035 and 2019-036.
