Motion to amend and reordain: Chapter 34 (Utilities), Article II (Water System),
Division 1 (Generally), Division 2 (User and Service Charges); Chapter 34 (Utilities),
Article III (Sewers and Sewage Disposal), Division 1 (Generally), Division 2 (Sewer
Use Charges), Division 3 (Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) Program) with the following
sections removed from the draft Ordinance: Sections 34-29 and 34-127 that deal with
availability fees and Sections 34-164, 34-165, 34-166, and 34-167 that deal with Fats,
Oil and Grease.
