Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission August 3,2005
A regular meeting of the Tiffin City Planning and Zoning Commission was brought to
order by Chair Steve Berner. Members present: Steve Berner,Ruth DeMuth,Terry
Richardson, Stephanie Surine, and Melvin Reeve. Absent: None. Also present: Mayor
Glen Potter,Karin Dils and Jim Bartels.
Motion DeMuth, second Richardson to approve printed minutes. Ayes: DeMuth,
Richardson, Surine,Reeve and Berner. Motion carried.
6:55 Councilmember Jim'Bartels arrived.
No new information from Regency Development on I-80 interchange.
Members reviewed ordinance amendment for zoning ordinance and requested that City --
Attorney Stephen Greenleaf attend upcoming meeting to review work.
Work has started at TimberRidge Subdivision located north of Songbird. City waits to
receive construction plans and final drawings from Hart-Frederick Consultants.
Motion Richardson, second DeMuth to adjourn. Motion carried. 7:30 p.m.
