ORDINANCE 27-2008
A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL
FROM M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, TO SPECIAL USE DISTRICT
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 308 N.W. F Street and
legally described as follows, to wit:
See Exhibit "A"
as a M-1, Light Industrial District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
a Special Use District in order to allow the owner to use said real estate as a junkyard.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the
zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a Special Use District.
Passed and Adopted this day of 2008, by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana.
