MOTION 2019-043
I move that Rezoning, Concept Plan and Proffer Amendment TLZM 2017-0006,
Cornestone Chapel Real Estate, including buffer modification, be approved on the
basis that the Approval Criteria of Zoning Ordinance Sections 3.3.15 have been
satisfied and that the proposal would serve the public necessity, convenience, general
welfare and good zoning practice.

Approving TLZM 2017-0006, Cornerstone Chapel Real Estate, Concept Plan and
Proffer Amendment to Permit Construction of a 174-Space Ancillary Parking Facility
for the Existing Cornerstone Chapel.
