MOTION 2019-048
I move that the draft settlement agreement presented to the Town Council in Closed
Session on February 12, 2019, resolving a warranty claim by the Town of Leesburg
against the Contech Engineered Solutions, LLC and Bay Country Enterprises, Inc.
for the repair of facilities constructed as part of the Lower Sycolin Sanitary Pump
Station – Phase I be approved so long as the final draft is approved by the Town
Attorney.
