MOTION 2019-049
I move pursuant to Section §2.2-3711(A)(7) of the Code of Virginia that the Leesburg
Town Council convene in a closed meeting for the purpose of consultation with legal
counsel and briefings by staff members or consultants pertaining to a Settlement
Agreement to avoid probable litigation with Exeter HOA.
