Service Agreement Contract
for
July 4, 1993

This Service Agreement is for the expenses relating to your
Fireworks Display Contract.
The sum of the expenses, including such items as insurance,
pyrotechni c i ans and transportation is $15,000.00. Your total
obligation for the Fireworks Display Contract and this
Service Agreement, is $40,000.00 less discount of $ 14,000.00
for 19'33, $50,000.00 less discount of $10,000.00 for 1994, and
$60,000.00 for 1995 & 199E programs.
Please sign both copies of this Service Agreement, as
authorization for these expenses, and return both to us with the
signed Fireworks Display Contract. Upon receipt, we will then,
sign and return your copies.
Note: Insurance for your fireworks display is not validated
until the signed contracts are received by Fireworks by Grucci.
