CITY OF TIFFIN
TO: ALL OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE SITUATED WITHIN TIFFIN, IOWA,AND
ALL PERSONS OWNING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST THEREIN AND
TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City Planning and
Zoning for the City of Tiffin, Iowa, will conduct a Public Hearing at the Tiffin Fire
Station, Tiffin, Iowa, at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, 2005 at the Tiffin Fire
Station, Tiffin, Iowa at which time and place said Tiffin City Council will consider the
following:
1. Public Hearing for the purpose of considering a rezoning request including
residential, business and commercial zoning for: "The Villages of Tiffin"
submitted by Regency Land-High Development Corp, owners Wombacher-
Schneider Properties located north of I-80 between Ireland Avenue and Jasper
Ave, A portion of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34
Township 80 North, Range 7 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, City of Tiffin,
Johnson County,Iowa as follows:
2. Public Hearing for the purpose of considering a preliminary plat including,
residential, business and commercial zoning for: "The Villages of Tiffin"
submitted by Regency Land-High Development Corp., owners Wombacher-
Schneider Properties located north of I-80 between Ireland Avenue and Jasper
Ave, a portion of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34
Township 80 North, Range 7 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, City of Tiffin,
Johnson County, Iowa as described above.
Following the Public Hearing above noted, the City Council for the City of Tiffin may
meet in special session to consider the above described rezoning and preliminary
subdivision platting for"The Villages of Tiffin" `submitted by Regency Land-High
Development Corp owners Wombacher-Schneider Properties for above described
location and may,take action to either approve or disapprove said request following
Public Hearing as noticed above. Citizens wishing to provide either in favor of or against
said proposal request are invited to attend. All public is welcome.
YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that at said public hearing as
indicated above, all persons having an interest or concern will be afforded an opportunity
to be heard in support of or in opposition to said ordinance amendment, map revision,
and agreements as to approve above mentioned'subdivision and rezoning request.,
Citizens are encouraged to attend or send written comment to City of Tiffin, PO Box 259,
Tiffin, IA 52340-0259. Written comment should be mailed to reach the City at least

one day in advance of meeting date to assure consideration, the public hearing set for the
above date. Citizens needing any special consideration should call or contact the city in
