JULY 4, 1996 FIREWORKS PROGRAM

A. CANCELLATION, REDUCTION AND/OR ADDITIONS:
The Village of Key Biscayne reserves the right to cancel the contract or reduce the dollar
value of the contract and/or add to the respective program or request additional programs
throughout the length of the contract provided the Village of Key Biscayne provides sixty (60)
day notice or in the event of a national or natural disaster notice of cancellation can be immediate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have accepted, made and executed this addendum
upon the terms and conditions above stated on this I day of April, 1996.
