AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 3198-1977.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3198-1977 was passed and adopted
by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
1.6thday of May , 1977; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3198-1977 was signed by the
President of Common Council and approved by the Mayor
of the City of Richmond, Indiana, the lL_t day of
Mav , 1977; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the monies appropriated
by Ordinance No. 3198-1977 are now needed for other functions
of the City Government;
NOW THEREFORE RE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3198-1977 be and is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is
subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing
emergency appropriations.
