A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM C-2 TO C-4
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property located at the Southeast corner of North 7th and D Streets, and legally described as provided and follows, to wit:
25 ft. Lot 92 C W S & 65 ft. Lot 93 C W S
as a C-2 Commercial District; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate’s zoning designation to
C-4 General Business District in order to allow the occupier to operate retail Used Car Sales lot on the premises.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the above described property is changed to C-4 Commercial District.
