A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, VACATING EASEMENTS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RE- SOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. On November 12, 1962, the City Council of the City of Temple City adopted Ordinance No. 62 -95 wherein and whereby the City Council of the City of Temple City declared its intention to proceed to vacate that certain easement hereinafter described in Section 2, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Sections 8320 through 8324. SECTION 2. The easement, subject of this Resolution and of Ordinance No. 62 -95, is described as follows: An easement for lieht and air over the southerly 30 ft. of Lots 36- 37- 30- 39 -40, and the northerly 30 ft. of Lot 34, and the easterly 30 ft. of Lots 34, 33, 32, and 31, Tract 10558, recorded in Book 178, Pages 4 and 5 of Maps, included within certain strips of land 30 ft. wide lying between lines designated as "Building Set -Back Lines ", such strips to be kept open and free from bui'1dino and struc- tures of any kind e::ceot irrigation and sprinkling systems and appur- tenances thereto as shown upon and as designated by the may of Tract 10558, and an easement designated as a "Future Street" over the north- erly 30 ft. of Lot 1 and the westerly 30 ft. of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4,; of Tract #11699, Map Book 218, page westerly as shown upon and as dedicated by the Map of said Tract #11699, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County. SECTION 3. The easements described in Section 2 immediately above are shown on those certain tract maps No. 27309 on file with the City Clerk of the City of Temple City located in the City Hall of the City of Temple City at 9664 East Las Tunas Drive, Temple City, Calif- ornia. SECTION 4. On November 26, 1962, at 7:45 P. M. in the City Hall of the City of Temple City a Public Hearing was held pursuant t� Ordinance No. 62 -95 and the Streets and Highways Code 8323. SECTION 5. The City Council does hereby find from all of th evidence submitted that the easement as described in Section 2 of this Resolution and as described in Ordinance No. 62 -95 is unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes and. the City Council of the City of Temple City hereby orders the vacation thereof. SECTION 6. The Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, C lifornia.
