Motion to approve special exception application TLSE 2019-0001, Lots A Love
Daycare, be conditionally approved, subject to the conditions contained in the
Planning Commission staff report dated March 7, 2019 and the accompanying
Resolution, on the basis that the approval criteria of Zoning Ordinance Sections
3.4.12 and 9.4.7 have been satisfied, and that the proposal would serve the public
necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning practice by approving
Resolution 2019-058 Approving Special Exception TLSE-2019-0001, Lots A Love
Daycare to Allow a Family Day Home of up to 12 Children within the Potomac
Station Neighborhood Located at 745 Bonnie Ridge Drive.
