Motion to move pursuant to Section §2.2-3711(A)(8) and 15.2-2907(D) of the Code of
Virginia that the Leesburg Town Council convene in a closed meeting for the purpose
of consultation with legal counsel regarding a potential boundary line or annexation
agreement with Loudoun County for the Compass Creek development and additional
areas discussed in Town Council Resolution No. 2018-117.
