AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2325-1968 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, ADOPTED JUNE 3,
1968.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
as follows:
SECTION 1. WHEREAS the Zoning Map which is a part of Ordinance No.
2325-1968, designates and describes as 0-1 Greenbelt District the
following properties:

1505 New Paris Pike

1507 New Paris Pike
4.
1513 New Paris Pike
5.
1515 New Paris Pike
6.
1517 New Paris Pike
7.
1521 New Paris Pike
8.
1523 New Paris Pike

10.
1605 New Paris Pike
S.K. Morgan Horseshoe Plat Lots 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it is the intent and purpose hereof to change
the zoning classification of the above described area from 0-1 Green-
belt District to R-2 One -Family Residence District.
SECTION 3. WHEREAS, study of this Ordinance was cond ted by the
Richmond City Plan Commission the a 6-6-J day of ,
1977, at which time remonstrances were heard from all part es in-
terested in or affected by this Ordinance.
SECTION 4. WHEREAS, the vote of the Richmond City Plan Commission
was — 2 to o in favor of/i recommending the
passage of Ordinance No. 3236-1977.
NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 5. It is hereby ordained that the zoning classification of
the above described property be, and the same is hereby changed to
R-2 One -Family Residence District, and that said property be regulated
in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, and all amendments thereto.
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval as by law required.
SECTION 7. The original zoning classification of the aforementioned
area is hereby rescinded and the zoning classification of this area
will be in accordance with Section 2 of this Ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council f the City of Richmond,
Indiana, this day of 1977.
