AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3111-1976 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE SALARY ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of Richmond desires to rewrite the
Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances, and
WHEREAS, the City of Richmond desires to add the position of Physical Planner, and
WHEREAS, the City of Richmond desires to eliminate the position of Assistant Deputy
Director.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the balance of the fiscal year ending December 31, 1977 the
following position shall be established and salary fixed under the heading of
.
Department of Community Development:
Physical Planner $4,644.16
SECTION 2. That the following position and salary shall be eliminated:
Assistant Deputy Director $12,925.00

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor.
