Motion to approve Ordinance 2019-O-013 approving TLZM-2018-0003, subject to the
Russell Branch Retail Concept Development Plan dated May 20, 2019, and Proffer
Amendment dated May 20, 2019, based on the findings for approval contained in the
June 11, 2019, Town Council staff report to allow development of a 62,830 square
foot retail center.
