This is to confirm that at the Public Hearing held by the Town
Commission on January 11, 2013 your application for a Level 3
Architectrual /Site Plan Review to permit additions of bathroom,
covered entry and additional living area, a total of 716.6 SF, that
includes a Special Exception for the extension of an existing non-
conforming wall that encroaches 4.2' into the required 15 foot
south side setback, to the existing one -story single family dwelling
along with exterior renovations to smooth stucco, the addition of
quoins on the corners and a new brick driveway at 2538 Avenue Au
Soleil was considered.
The application was approved as requested and recommended by the
Architectural Review and Planning Board with the condition that if
and change in the roof material or color is considered, it must be
reviewed by Town Staff.
This approval shall expire on January 11, 2014 if a Building Permit
Application, including the aforementioned improvements, has not
been applied for.
