Motion to approve Special Exception TLSE-2018-0004, Russell Branch Retail, to
allow combined 7,550 sq. foot Vehicle Service Facility based on the findings for
approval contained in the June 11, 2019, Town Council staff report and subject to the
Special Exception plat dated May 20, 2019, and conditions for approval contained in
the draft resolution dated June 11, 2019.
